I have had an 8310 curve since December. The first time I installed and opened the Desktop Manager, it worked no problem but every time since then the program simply won't open! I double click and get nothing. When I hook up the 8310 to my computer, the computer doesn't even recognize the device. What do I do?

I would recommend Add/Remove Programs to uninstall it. Once uninstalled, do a new installation of DM. There is a new version out anyway (4.3).

how do I get the new version? Blackberry.com? or Crackberry? I used whatever came with it on the CD rom...
