The trackball itself scrolls just fine. I found I have to push the trackball down really hard to select. Does anyone know how to fix this?

There seems to be a lag after clicking. Sometimes it takes 3-5 seconds?????

trying cleaning it with alcohol

just ever so slightly pour some on a cotton ball or q-tip
and clean the trackball with it

It sounds sorta like theres something in the trackball holder thingy

my other phone's trackball scrolled fine too but would not move with it and when it did i had to scroll realllly hard, and i never thought it was it not being clean underneath,
Sure enough I cleaned it and it was fine

Try a battery pull. If that doesnt work.... I'd pop out the track ball and see if theres something stuck...

i did a battery pull and it does not work. Where are the instructions to remove the trackball?
