Hope this is the right place, im new here. Ive had my 8330 for about a month now with sprint. ive put quite a bit of music on my phone. My songs are in my media player as well as the player that is provided in the sprint music store. With headphones, i did not have a problem using them in the beginning, but now, my headphones only work with the media player and not the sprint music store player. The store player automatically goes to the phone speaker. Any help please?::

Try menu button then activate headset or unplug then replug the headset

I have unplugged it and plugged it back in. I also activated the headset and that fixed the media player but i still cant get it to work when I play the music from the sprint music store? Any other suggestions!!

Have you checked all of the options within the music store app? Is there one for external speaker or headphones?

Just a shot in the dark...
