Ok so I am trying to set up my bis with verizon and when I type in my pin and esn it says that an account already exist for this pin. I purchased the phone new last week. What do I need to do.

I experienced the same thing when I got my 8330 a little over a month ago. I think all I had to do was create an username/password (on my phone) so I could login to the site and then it was fine after that. I can't remember exactly what I did, but I know I had to do something on my phone before I could login to that site. The pop3 email accounts that I had previously created were already working and I was receiving mail.
Did you just got to the bis site for this from ur phone

No, there was a setting in my phone where I created the account. I think it was in Email Settings and I think there was an option to create a username and that's what I had to do.
