Try clicking your Internet Email set-up page, the one with the envelope with a gear in front of it. From there you can check to see which/what email accounts you have. You can also enter your email addresses like gmail and Yahoo. There is also a page there where you can create email addresses for your BlackBerry. Most providers offer up to ten addresses linked to your Berry. There's a help page, too. It should guide you through the process,

Contact the seller and have them delete their old BIS account or get it released.. If not you cannot set up email
