Hi I just bought my 2nd Blackberry Curve (8310) and I was backing up my old phone numbers and updating my phone until my power went out because of a thunder storm. =[ Now I can't do anything with my phone. It shows my platform on the top of the screen and thats it. Can somebody please help me out?

there is a post/forum for "bricked" BB...i don't remember where...but do a search for it and you'll find the help you need...some people are having similar problems with crappy themes and OS updates. Good luck and welcome to CB

The most challenging step is getting the correct combination of software loaded. If you have any difficulty, the directions are exactly the same as steps #1 and #2 in this thread.

ok so i tried working it thru the command interface, no luck.
i typed in "cd program files' and it says 'too many parameters'

and then i tried the app loader, and it says that it cant connect to my phone after 5 minutes of waiting.

looks like im all out of options. any help?
