Hey i have the 8330 from sprint and i have no idea why but for some reason my keypad has just stopped working. Took it apart and put back together and it worked for a minute and then stopped again. Green and red phone keys, blackberry, and back buttons also non responsive but trackball works. sprint wants 100 bucks for new but do to the fact i work at Radioshack and make very little i cant afford it..any hellp is appreciated
At the malls around here they have wireless world or something like that, they say they repair mobile phones. I know they stock various colored trackballs for the bb's maybe they fix them also. On the other hand if a place charges $50 to fix it(which may be only temporary) $100 for one in new condition is probably a better option.
