I've lost the profiles icon and can't seem to get it back. My ringtones and alerts are set to 11 and it's driving me crazy. I know how to adjust everything once I'm in the profiles. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

OK, I did some searching and can get to my profiles. I turned the dial from home screen off and hit F to open the profiles window. I still don't have the icon, but at least I can change the settings. Cheers. Go Canucks!

Try using another theme and see if it shows up. If it does, try switching back and see if it shows up again - or just keep that theme.

Thanks Azeis. The profiles icon was in another theme, but it didn't come back with the ATT one. No worries though, I actually like the other theme better. Thanks again.

My profiles has an "X" by the icon. I cannot get any sound when an alert comes in. How do I turn this on or get rid of the "X"
