I upgraded and now cannot find the backup file on my desktop although Desktop Manager shows the backup as successful. No data has been lost from my 8310.
Help, please!

do a search for an .ipd file, it will have todays date, autobackup and the date.ipd

Probably "Computer -->Local Disk-->Users-->YourName-->My Documents" that is where mine was.
