So I just bought a used ATT blackberry curve. Just got it unlocked. I have been trying to install autolock and mobipocket reader. I get a error message saying "module not permitted by the administrator". I am not really sure if this has to do with the previous owner. I tried searching a couple of time, haven't come up with anything concrete. Any help would be appreciated.
Sounds as if the phone was previously attached to
a BES (corporate server) If you can contact the previous
owner, have them have the BES Administrator release the
BB from the BES
