Hi,

Can't find the answer to this in the user manual / getting started guide -- hoping someone can help.

I'm using the Blackberry Curve 8330 (Verizon) and a new symbol appeared in the display and I don't know why.

It's at the top of the screen immediately below the time. It's a blue colored head and torso with 2 red parentheses adjacent to the head. I do not have any voice mail messages, text messages, chats, or e-mails. Can't figure out what this means -- any help would be appreciated.

Update:
I called my phone -- left a new voice mail message -- deleted it -- and the symbol disappeared. Go figure . . .
