    I am on Enterprise and it seems that - although Wireless Reconcile is on - and i have it so "mailbox wins" - that the blackberry retains messages that I have deleted already in Outlook.

    I want my blackberry to only show what appears on the desktop at any time.

    How can I do this?

    If you push "Reconcile Now," you can force a reconciliation of the the BlackBerry and Outlook mailboxes. There may be some items that don't reconcile. Those I just delete manually.
