i am having trouble getting my gmail on my bberry. initially i didn't have a problem, and correctly added the account to my bberry, but then all of a sudden it stopped relieving my gmail. i checked the account settings on my gmail account, and it's correct. i have also soft reset my bberry, and that didn't work. any suggestions would be appreciated.
Go to whereever you setup your email on your BB. There is a "setup internet email" icon that you can use or you can log into the tmobile.com website and do it there.
If you use the "setup internet email" icon there will be a 'service books' menu item for sending the service books.
