When I go to Email setup, there is not an option that will allow me to use Blackberry internet Service. The only options it gives me is Blackberry Enterprise Server or skip email setup? Help please?
When you set up the data plan with your carrier, did you select to have a BIS plan? You may want to call them and verify that you aren't on a BES plan by accident.

Options icon>advanced options>host routing table>menu>register now. Once you have done this and the message is received, then you can set up your email. Remember you must have a data plan.
