Hows it going every1? I just bought an unlock 8310 curve and I was trying to set up the email on the device when i saw that the email was already setup, is there anyway to delete it so i can setup my email? thanks in advance.

basically, you need to contact the previous owner, and have them remove the PIN from their BIS account.

thanks for the response, but there any other way? Becuase i have no way of getting in contact witt the person i got it from.

Send me your PIN and IMEI number in a PM, i will call ATT tomorrow morning and see if they will release it for me, although its a long shot and i doubt it, but i wouldnt mind trying.


That is, if it is an ATT Curve, as most 8310s are.

Just so you know, i wouldn't get my hopes up, as most times ATT, or any other carrier for that matter, will release the PIN, but it is worth a shot.
