    I have a Blackberry Curve 8330 running 4.3. When I got it everything was working great and now after a couple of weeks my email just stopped being received by my blackberry. I could still send. I have pushed service books to no avail. So I deleted the email account and reinstalled it. Now I have two of the same email in my calendar and it asks me which do I want to use when I make a new appointment.

    Question #1 Does anyone have an idea why my email just dropped? If so, if it does it again how do I make them return?

    Question #2 How do i delete one of the duplicate email addresses. Preferably the one with no entries?

    Have you tried a battery pull this fixes most problems as you are describing.

    Un fortunately you have created a second e-mail account and that will again show up.

    You can delete your email addresses from the BIS website from either your phone or a computer.
