Hey guys. Ok so I got dexrex last friday cuz my phone keeps messages for Forever on the settings but in reality only last 6 months. So I got DexRex so it'll archive my messages.
Well dexrex on my phone says this month has 20,030 texts. But I only have 17,335 sms messages on my phone! And when I log in on the website, it only has messages from the first day I installed it on my phone which was on May 8th. So my question is this, what does DexRex mean This Month: 20030 texts? When it only has sms msgs snce friday?
I hope I'm clear in what I'm askin.

The best way to deal with this is to actually send us a problem report. To send one - Go to the app on your phone, click the BlackBerry button, and select 'send report' in the pop up menu.
Currently, Dexrex only archives new incoming and outgoing SMSs, so most likely its just an issue with the number totals. We are working on an importer feature that should be available in the coming weeks.
