I've had my blackberry for 2months now - today the camera started acting weird. When taking a picture the viewfinder displays everything in a red tone - (imagine infrared) the color effects are NORMAL under the options menu - when you actually take the picture it doesn't save to the device or my memory card. I've tried restarting the phone - taken the battery out - removed the media card - rebooted w/out AND with the memory card - still no changes - any idea what the issue is??

You didn't drop it, did you? Also, I take it both the internal and external memory is not FULL?

Nope, the phone hasn't been dropped - and yeah the memory is not full on either. I'm totally stumped on this.

I'd try a full wipe/reload. If that doesn't work, look into getting it exchanged. Let us know how it goes!

Called T-Mobile and then I had to talk to a tech at RIM - in the end I have to get the phone exchanged. Kinda sad about it but at least I'll get it replaced =)
