    I have service with att and i made up my blackerry email address and i tried to send a email to my self from my home laptop and its not working,




    any help would be greatful

    Request and update your Service Book, see if that helps.

    Yes you might need to log into the BIS first to 'validate' and all. Thats how I got mine to work as well as download the service books.
