i need to validate my bb email, but i forgot my password and so i want to delete it but it needs ur password to delete the email, and i dont know it, i kow my secret question answer.... ANY SUGGESTIONs what to do!!!
Have you tried logging into your BIS account from online instead of the device, and deleting from there?
If this does not work, sometimes you can call your carrier and they can reset your account tied to your PIN which will delete the email accounts, and you would have to set up the ones you wanted to be there again.
