New user, trying to backup info. Backup gets to certain point, "Browser Data Cache" and then says "Error backing up database" WHat does this mean

never had this happen to me but maybe u need to clear the browser cache, open your browser, hit menu, select stop,hit menu again, select options, scroll to cache operations and clear everything in it and then try again.
