I set my BB Curve to vibrate...set all the settings with edit under advanced settings to vibrate or mute...and when I get an SMS, it STILL makes an audible alert. It also does this in quiet mode...and yes, I have set everything correctly in advanced settings...everything else does what it is supposed to with email, phone, etc but SMS always makes a sound!! Can anyone solve this mystery??
I would suggest set your settings in your profile but you have double checked them. In holster and out??? I would scroll to sms and remove the tone or change the tone to none and see if that will stop it...
