    Iim on vacation I flew from vt to fl and I'm not getting email any ideas I I'm on verizon I tried *228 option 2 and soft reset didn't work I wan going to resend service books but forgot how

    service books can be resent using the email options on the phone. log in then choose resend service books....

    since your on your pc. go to.... https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw&locale=en
