Application Loader is trying to remove the "updated" Docs To Go when I am in the DTM. When I upgraded the DTG to the newer version,..this is when this started happening. Any ideas? Thx.
Need to rename the file extension with .old instead of .alx in the operating system on your computer. Or you can cut the folder and move it into My Documents.
The Dataviz help docs on the D2G website say you should remove the OS from the PC. But obviously that doesn't help if you're trying to install some other app and need the OS! When this happened to me I forgot about renaming .alx, so I allowed it to downgrade and simply reinstalled D2G Premium over-the-air (your registration number should "remember" you've paid for the app).
