trying to help a friend with his 8330 He says when his alarm goes off in the morning, the voice dialing feature automatically comes on, without him even touching the phone sometimes. I directed him to the 101 lectures on memory cleaning, but i don't have a clue as to why this would be happening

Tell him go to options, screen/keyboard, and then set whichever Convenience Key (should be the left side) has Voice Dialing selected to "do nothing"

I'm wondering if the button is stuck.
