    help i just got the 8310 . i took out my battery and when i put it back in the hourglass started and it never loads up help

    How long did you leave it? Sometimes it takes a few minutes to completely reboot.

    I don't think it will hurt to pull the battery again... leave it out for at least a minute and then give it some time to boot up.
