i have at&t if unlock all vendor themes and lets say my phone has problems if i do a warranty exchange will it be okay or is it not covered under warranty?

if you do any type of modifying the the os, it voids the warranty, but if you and reload the official os back onto it, you should be fine

I am not sure that is accurate.

The warranty is very specific to hardware defects, not software.

If you were to file a claim for a defective keyboard or display, the software installed in not an issue.

On the other hand, if you call Customer Service with a software issue and they recognize it as an unsupported OS, they can not provide support.
