okay i got a few problems i just got the curve 8330 and i downloaded a few ringtones off of here and they are very quiet even on the loud profile anything i dont no here? also i have a bunch of videos and sounds on my card from my env3 and this phone doesnt play some sounds and none of the videos what can i do about that?

About loudness you should just get something like audacity
then change the audio files to .mp4 format

Env3 I think uses a different video format like 3gp or 3gpp2. Try converting the videos to mp4 format and it should work.
