When I use the plug-in head set that came with my Curve, I can SEE the volume on the right side of the screen set at mid point, but I can't adjust...

Anyone able to help?

What have you done so far? Did you try to adjust with the +/- toggle on the right side of the phone?

ALso I would try another headset to see if this helps
