    So I'm having a bit of trouble updating my OS for my Curve 8330. I'm trying to update to 4.5. Everytime I try to update from the official site, the desktop manager says I already have the most updated OS. But when I check it says I'm running 4.3. How can I fix this?

    I'm not sure if I have the most recent DM version. Could this be the reason?

    Uninstall your desktop manager and go to blackberry.com and get desktop manager 4.5 without media manager. Install it and try again.

    Keep us posted and take your time. Dont unplug the device until it says it was successfull. It will take 30-45 minutes.
