I downloaded the new v4.5.0.81 device software from blackberry.com. It installed a new video camera. But one week later my camera and the video camera no longer work.

When I try to take a picture it leaves a black hole in the screen and I have to take the battery out to reboot my blackberry. I tried reloading the device driver through t-mobile and blackberry, but it didn't work.

Has anybody lost the use of their camera, and any ideas on how I might fix it?
