Using your BB, go to mobile.blackberry.com

Then go to the Games link, free games... Ka-Glom is there as a free game.

That's it. You should have much more info on that page. Just to make sure, do you have a BB data plan?

The apps at Handango are usually fine as long as you closely watch what OS versions they support. It's the app that handango asks you to install to help install their apps that is bad.

I can say though Handago was very quick to refund a game that I purchased that was not downloading correctly. If you contact them about the game you purchased, they should be able to credit you back without any problems.

I've purchased games and software on handango for years. For my bb, palm, and symbian smartphones and never had a problem. In all cases, software downloads onto pc, unzips, and installs without a hitch. Out of over 30 purchases, I had maybe 1 issue and they refunded me promptly
