so I had html email working since day one of the BES upgrade on my curve, all with different versions of the OS. I loaded .81 on my pearl, worked great. I replaced my 8320 via insurance the other day, opened it up, used the official tmo version of .81 and everything is fine except no html email.
I have resent service books, reregistered (HRT), and rebooted.
The option is there, yes is selected, but new emails coming in are still in plain txt, which tells me its a service side issue as old emails from the backup are interpreted as html. fair to assume?
