I usually have EDGE but for some reason im at GSM and cant log onto my msn or send texts.
anyone else having this problem?
im located in nyc.
i heard not too long ago that BB's were down and people couldnt email or anything. could this have anything to do with it??

try cutting off your connection and reconnecting and/or resending your service books from the BIS site.

BIS isn't down as far as I know. Try a battery pull and if that doesn't work you should call your service provider.
