I am very new to the BB world and CB but I wanted to share this with everyone. I have been reading on CB for a couple of weeks after getting my first BB (8330) and got into the whole upgrading the OS thing. I wanted to get the 4.5.xxx version on my BB so I could run Docs to Go.

I have no computer skills and was very nervous about trying this on my own. I am with Cellular South and inside their stores they have a help desk called the Discovery Center. I went to the store and spoke with the BB Guru who was very helpful. This guy upgraded my OS to the Cell South 4.5 version and even put docs to go on the BB. He took time to show me video, games and other sites that work very well for BB's. I was very impressed with how helpful and polite this young man was.
