Ok, so I was on leave in California and decided to upgrade to a Blackberry 8330. I was able to use the internet on it when in California. Now that Im in Virginia, I can't, keeps saying:

"There is insufficient network coverage to process your request. Please try again later".

It's been like that ever since I left California. What do i do? I have full bars...

I would suggest two things, you can do them in either order.

    1. Call Verizon. Maybe they use different internet settings in Virginia.
    2. Go to Manage Connections/Mobile Network Options and make sure you are on Verizon's network and not roaming.

    Hope this helps.

*228 only works in the home area, so if the device is roaming, it won't work. Probably a call to Verizon will get it straightened out. They may need to reprovision the phone (just a guess).
