    Can I download and install Google maps using my computer, i don't have the net on my curve and would rather use google maps than BB maps.

    Yeah, just select BES install from the google maps page and it will give you the desktop version. Although, it isn't going to work if you don't have a data plan. It downloads the maps as you pull them up.
