Google sync has worked perfectly on my 8330 and have the latest O/S available but about 2 weeks ago i started getting errors on the blackberry screen highlighted in red: Last Sync Failed. Server Problem. Please try again later. I try sync anyway and ti gets thru the sync process, but displays: Sync Failed. How do I find if its the Google server or the RIM server?
I have found by other forums that the problem is the latest version of Google Sync. No fix for it except try and find an older version. Oh well...................
If you are using Google Sync why are you not using the built in feature of BIS 3.0 which syncs google cal and contacts without needing the app.
Because this made my phone go haywire a bunch of times. So I can understand why people are still using Google Sync. I myself use it and all is working well.
