I thought i'd let you know a few of the issues i've been having. I received my very first Blackberry today an 8310 Curve. Very impressed so far as I got the Telmap subscription free for 2 years with O2. To my surprise I also got a 128meg SD card, the black holster, a car charger & a car cradle too, very pleased!

What I wasn't pleased with was the lack of info in the box on how to set it up and the fact the Telmap software wasn't working, Unable to set-up emails etc. I thought it was just me not really knowing what I was doing but after a number of phone calls someone at O2 finally decided to tell me there was no Blackberry tariff on my account (although I did request it and you have to have it if you buy a Blackberry from them). So, i've now gotta wait 24hrs to wait for that to be running properly!

Fingers crossed i'll be up and running tomorrow!
