Ok before everyone starts posting that link on how to fix Gmail, dont. Ive read it and when I log onto my BIS its someone else name. So I guess the guy who set my BB up at the store used his or what? Is there anyway to fix this, cause Im really getting tired of getting the duplicate email sent back to me

Did you get this phone second hand or was it purchased new?

And you are referring to the thread in the tips, how to, and faq forum about receiving copy of sent mail you sent from you bb?

YES thats the thread, I dont need nor want it. I traded my tilt to a buddy for it and had to call ATT customer service to add the BB personal plan

Did you get the PIN and IMEI info all changed over to your account?

After I traded I called and they asked me for the imei number, so I gave them the one that was on the box

The PIN may still be attached to your friends account.

how does that work? he has a tilt now? He would have had to change his plan from the BB one to a regular data plan

Yeah... the PIN of your Berry was never released gotta get that done, or you will be getting some whacky stuff going on! haha

ok now this may be a stupid question but i gotta know, when i do this is it gonna give me a new pin?

No. The pin is device specific. Can't change the pin in the Blackberry.
