Hi all,

I'm not sure if it's a message or an e-mail, but I've just recently been getting the message symbol on my phone with a number 1, or 2 since this morning (meaning I have unread messages). However, when I look in my inbox for both e-mail and SMS text (they're separate), there's nothing in there. I've even emptied out all messages in both boxes, but that message symbol with a number keeps appearing and won't go away.

Can anyone help me resolve this problem?

have you tried going to options in the messages menu and going to 'view folder' and look through all folders to see whats going on.

Also, goto the dial screen > options > call logging > none
this will rid any missed/RX/TX calls being sent as msgs
