My bb is 8310. Now it is bricked and blinking red light twice in a few seconds. I have tried to load system by 'loader.exe', but it always get stucked half way on loading system software. I've tried many OS (os4.5.0.182 os4.5.0.174) and computers, and it doesn't work. I can't wipe the bb because none softwares except 'loader.exe' can detect it. How can I solve this?

Use the apploader from the command interface,
    1) Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer.
    2) Open Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt.
    3) Type cd C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Apploader
    4) Type loader.exe /resettofactory

How long are you waiting? Sometimes it takes up to an hour to load a new OS. Does DM recognize your BB? Were you originally loading the OS to fix a problem or were you just trying to update your OS?

Device Manager does recognize the BB, but not Desktop Software, I planed to hybrid the OS, but I just wiped the BB, then I loaded the latest OS (not hybrid) successfully twice, but the second time I fogot to add my Chinese font library because of having shrinked the OS. When the third time I wiped and loaded the OS, the problem occured with no sign.

Try following these instructions: Desktop Manager/BBSAK won't Recognize your BB? - Trick. Reinstall the OS to your PC then install it to your BB. Good luck!

    Hi Magichowl,

This issue appears to be far more complicated than we thought it to be, If the device does not respond to anything then it needs to be checked over by a proper technician. Also before you do that, see if you can try the same on a different PC. It could also be an issue with the Java or .net framework.

Hi Magichowl , as per our conversation logged under the Incident id # 133, I advised you to kindly check with a different machine, if this still does not work then you need to check and see how you can remove and re-insert the CMOS battery in the Blackberry, that battery is a part of the mainboard and would be quite tricky to remove. I suggest you take the device to a repair shop, of if you wish to do it yourself search Google for the same.

I went to a shop today and get my CMOS battery removed, but didn't solve the problem.
