    1) Can I set up my Curve to send all my future pics and video straight to the memory card?

    You picture/camera recorder application should prompt you automatically the first time you start the app once you inserted the media card. If not, check the option WHILE you are you in the camera mode.

    And make sure you enable mass storage mode.
