I have had the 8330 on Verizon for 2.5 months.

The phone worked fine until about 3 weeks ago. One night, every time I tried to select with the trackball, it would enter a "#*" like I was dialing. I received a call shortly thereafter, and everything was suddenly working normally.

About a week after that, the speaker stopped working and would only work after restarting the device.

Tonight, I went into work and turned off all connections and put it in standby mode like usual. As I was leaving, I couldn't get it to come back from standby. So, I removed the battery to restart the device. Upon doing so, the desktop would reappear, but I was unable to do anything but scroll. I was unable to select anything, open apps w/ convenience keys or anything until the backlighting went off.

So, that's where I am. I just did the 4.5 software update, so hopefully this will fix some problems here.

I'm just curious if anyone has experienced something similar, or has any suggestions.
