Help! my Blackberry is frozen! The curser ball doesn"t do anything at all. It was find and the it just stopped working. And, no, tried turning on and off, taking out battery, no change.
What exactly isn't working? Just the trackball, or the entire phone? If its just the trackball, just replace it. Most carriers will pop a new one in for free now.

If the battery pull doesn't do it try reloading the OS. And if that doesn't work pop the trackball out and take a look at the little black sqaure sensors if their damaged at all.
