Free? Yes. Good? No. I tried J2ME VNC on my 8320 but never got it to successfully connect to my VNC server. If you have any success with it let me know. As far as I know, this is the only free option.
For VNC to work behind a router you need to forward port 443 from the router to the computer hosting VNC server...
