I have a user who is using a Curve 8330. He recently told me that when he forwards e-mails to people that have attachments, the person receiving the e-mail will not receive it. He says it happens most of the time. Sometimes people will receive the e-mail. The other problem he has with forwarding messages is that if the message is more than a day or so old, it will fail immediately upon sending the message to someone. When you select resend, the message will forward just fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you very much.
They receive the e-mail but there is no attachment. It's strange because once in awhile the attachment will go with the e-mail but most of the time the person receiving will get no attachment.
Any solution? I have the same problem. I used to be able to forward attachements just fine through my Yahoo and my BES account on my 8300. Since I've moved to the 8900, the email goes through but with no attachment. I can't find any settings on the device.
