I just got my new Curve yesterday and have been spending time getting to know all the different applications. I set a password for both the phone itself and my password vault. I set both these passwords as the same or so I thought. I was able to unlock the phone and have since disabled the password for the phone itself. However, now I am unable to access the password vault. I'm up to 5/10 on attempts, can anyone help with how to reset this? Is this something I can do myself? My provider? RIM?
There is no resetting the password counter. But the good thing is,
if it is the one for Password Keeper, if you enter ten wrong
attempts it will ONLY wipe the contents of Password Keeper and not the entire phone.
The password will also be reset so you can just start over.

Good to know! I always thought it was the whole phone. Now I see the difference.
