Hello, I have a few questions I hope someone can answer for me.
I've recently purchased a BB Curve ATT 8310 off a local friend and on Monday called ATT to request an unlock code. The CSR said that this would take several days as they would have to request it from RIM as my IMEI isn't in their database. Still waiting on it. They said 3-5 days so any day now.
Since this is an ATT Curve, and I plan on unlocking it so I can continue to use it with my T-Mobile service. I'm noticing all these threads for upgrading the OS. What OS should I upgrade my Curve with? Should I go with the Bell South version or is there a suggested version I should go with?
What other things can one do to pimp out their blackberry with? I'm a deaf guy so I wonder if it's possible to lock out the voice option so that my bb never attempts to make a phone call?
I'm excited and am looking forward to joining the ranks of crackberry addicts :-)
