I don't think its even in alpha testing yet. Anyones guess is as good as mine to how long it will take to code the browser. I've personally designed apps alone and the most complex one I've ever done took almost year to code about 1-2 months to alpha test and 1-2 months to beta test. I wouldn't expect to see a public beta for quite some time.
Bringing firefox to bb would be the best thing to hit the market. It would create compeition between opera and possibly internet explorer if they were ever to bring it to bb, I do highly doubt that will happen anytime soon tho of course.

What market? Aren't these products free? I don't see any in-app advertising, so I've no idea what their incentive is for making greater and more improved apps other than theyre nice people
I tried to download and install "bolt" but it won't work.
So I went looking for "opera mini" and stumbled on this FireFox
I use FireFox on my pc so I will wait for FireFox for my BB
Go GO GO MOZILLA!
There will not be a Firefox browser for BlackBerry.
"Sorry, no plans. Due to its Java-based operating system and the inability to build C/C++ components for Blackberry apps, Firefox is not available on the Blackberry OS."
